We provide after sales service (SAV) meet the requirements of our customers knowing that this service is at your disposal throughout the week.

Our intervention is within 48 hours following your request received in writing (either plant or to other interventions)

The GIMO mounting team travels to machine installation, implementation and training of personnel working on our machines.

Our priority is to build mutual trust with our customers to ensure service in the four corners of the world.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00
Saturday: 8:00 to 1:30 p.m.

Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 14:30 (in the months of July and August)
Friday and Saturday from 07:30 to 1:30 p.m.
